Murad Ali Khan
Managing Partner | FCA
Murad Ali is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Management Accountants, USA (CMA, IMA). He is an astute leader with over 20 years of professional experience at local and international level. He was previously associated with Deloitte and many public/private sectors & non-profit organizations in Pakistan, UAE and UK. His services involved various sectors including energy, natural resources, manufacturing, trading, telecommunication, stock exchange, real estate, investment trust management, health, education, professional service providers, marketing and electronic media. His key skills include audit, taxation, financial & operational due diligences, financial analysis, business risk assessment and management, ERP & IT systems implementations, business process advisory, organizational risk and capacity assessment, forensic audits, KPI development and control, policy and procedures development, corporate governance evaluation and compliance and corporate secretarial services. He is currently serving as managing partner of Murad Ali & Co. Chartered Accountants.

Adnan Hameed Ramay

Adnan Hameed, an accomplished professional with more than 25 years of experience in fields of Internal Audit, Controls, Compliance, Corporate Governance and Finance. With his educational specialization in these fields along with practical experience with multinationals and top-notch organizations, within Pakistan and abroad, he offers a unique blend of varied and diverse knowledge. Apart from regular reviews of statutory audits and accounting consultancy services, he is currently taking care of Internal Audit/Control, Fraud Investigations, Business Process Reengineering and Risk Assessment Services.

Baber Sohail
Manager Accounting and Operational Excellence
Baber Sohail is a highly accomplished and seasoned professional, boasting an impressive career spanning over 25 years. His expertise encompasses a broad range of disciplines, including Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Procurement, and Operational Excellence.
With a strong academic foundation, Baber holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) and is a professional accountant. His extensive experience has been gained through working with top-tier organizations, both locally and internationally.
Currently, as a key member of MAACO, Baber plays a pivotal role in overseeing the International Bookkeeping and Consultancy services. He is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, leveraging his expertise to provide actionable insights and strategic guidance to clients. Baber is also responsible for managing the administration and operations of MAACO's offices in Pakistan.

Amraiz Khan
Director | Advocate High Court
Amraiz is an advocate of high court having over 26 years of diversified experience of providing corporate and taxation advisory services to a wide range of corporate and individual clients.
He specializes in tax litigation support and has been handling income tax, sales tax and federal excise litigation matters before appellate tax authorities including commissioner, tribunal and high court concerning both corporate and personal taxation matters. He is a law graduate and baccalaureate of commerce from University of Punjab.
He is also serving as legal advisor for various corporate clients and currently practice in corporate law, labour laws, income tax, sales tax, federal excise and customs.

Syed Shahzad, an advocate of high court, has been providing corporate and taxation advisory services to a variety of corporate and individual clients for over 21 Years. He practices in corporate laws, income tax, wealth tax, sales tax, federal excise and customs.
He specializes in providing complete suite of corporate and taxation advisory services comprising tax planning and compliance, clinical reviews, tax accounting, withholding tax advisory, tax audits, litigation support, correspondence and representation before tax authorities, corporate matters including registration, filing of statutory returns and dealing with company and non-company registration authorities etc.
He is a law graduate and baccalaureate of commerce from University of Punjab. He has over 18 years experience in tax & corporate litigation on various appellate forums including High Court of Pakistan.
